    Coronavirus / COVID-19 Multi-State Resources

The Peninsula Chapter of SHRM is fully aware of and monitoring the current state of COVID-19 and is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our members, volunteer leaders, attendees and speakers for our events by sharing the following information:

The COVID-19 pandemic has quickly changed the way we live and work more profoundly than any of us may have anticipated.  What has not changed is Jackson Lewis P.C.'s commitment to provide you with the most responsive information and service we can deliver to assist you throughout this challenging time.  We have aggregated various laws, rules, and regulations in the below 50-state survey, which we are providing to ensure you have access to the most up-to-date information.

    2. Mass Gathering Limitations http://bit.ly/JLGatherings
    3. Paid Family Leave Guidance http://bit.ly/JL-PFL
    4. Predictive Scheduling Guidance http://bit.ly/JLPredict
    5. Paid Sick Leave Guidance http://bit.ly/JL-PSL
    6. State Disability and Workers’ Compensation Guidance http://bit.ly/JL-Dis-WC
    7. Unemployment Insurance Guidance http://bit.ly/JL-UI

These surveys are delivered through a web application called Smartsheet, which enables us to update them and you to access to them at any time.  When you visit the survey pages, you will see icons in the upper left hand corner of the page. You will likely find the “Highlight Changes” icon particularly helpful, as it will allow you to show what has changed in the survey since your last visit.

We encourage you to also visit the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Resource Center on our website. There you will find publications and webinars related to the virus, and have the ability to subscribe to our email list to receive notice of new Jackson Lewis COVID-19 publications and webinar invitations.

If you need assistance with a matter related to the pandemic, you can contact me directly or the Jackson Lewis attorney with whom you work.  Best regards, Tom. [email protected]
