Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution are all closely related.  Most of our problems are linked to the conveying of messages and difficult issues that often arise.  Discussing how to lead effective, positive communication, with a clear understanding of best practices and tools, can go a long way in increasing the level of influence every leader can embrace.

In this interactive meeting, we will discuss:

Rediscovering the vital importance of communication.
Understand the myth and reality of communication.
    The elements of effective communication.
    Balancing substance and style.
The right method of communicating every time.
