SHRM Learning Objective: Communicating In The New Norm

Clear communications within an organization are paramount to information transfer and dissemination, yet far too many organizational leaders fail to communicate well, especially during presentation sessions. PowerPoint sessions should not be dull but without proper training they can be.  This presentation uncovers the mechanics of creating presentations that WOW especially when using PowerPoint to present.  We step through presentation etiquette, proper introductions, and how to excite audience participants so they pay close attention until the close.  The presentation is enlightening, engaging and interactive.

Through highly engaging, entertaining, and enriching exercises, participants learn:

    • Fill in communications gaps in the absence of touch, using technology
    • Learn to manage teams efficiently by assigning specific roles and online etiquette
    • To effectively network in the new normal (life during and after the pandemic), using LinkedIn strategies
