Thank you for your interest in posting a career opportunity on the Peninsula SHRM website. PENSHRM serves local and regional professionals by sharing HR related job opportunities. The following outlines our process:

Job Posting Information and Guidelines:

  • Postings must be for human resources or a human resources-related positions.  (Related positions include Finance, Operations, Consultant, Leadership, etc.) 

  • Postings will be visible to the public on the Chapter website for a thirty (30) day period. 

  • Postings will be emailed to the PENSHRM Member list.

  • Postings (one-time) will be made on PENSHRM social media platforms (LinkedIn and Facebook)

  • Postings must meet industry standards for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

  • Postings must include sufficient information for job seekers to respond (i.e. Application information, contact information, etc.)

  • Company contact information must be included in the Job Posting application.


Job Posting Fees:

Members: Paid/current members may post unlimited positions FREE of charge.

Non-members: Non-members may post career opportunities with PENSHRM for a fee of $50.00 per position advertised.
